All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia.


We currently deliver Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services.

Delivery Times (estimated):

  • WA Metro: 1–3 business days

  • Eastern States: 3–7 business days

  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

 

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Free shipping may apply for selected promotions or wholesale orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your blanks as much as we do. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • We cannot accept returns on worn, printed, or customised garments.

 

Process:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorisation.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the items, we’ll issue an exchange or refund (excluding shipping fees).

 

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage costs.
